What is GMAT?
The Graduate Management Admission Examination, or GMAT, is an important aspect of the selection process for business schools. The GMAT is a structured multiple-choice, computer-based, and computer-adaptive exam that is also required globally for entry to MBA graduate programs.
The GMAT is created and implemented by the GMAC test maker to provide standard measurements of the readiness of candidates for graduate-level academic work to the business schools. Admission committees for business schools look at the GMAT ratings, along with work experience, college records, and supporting documents, to determine the preparation for the rigors of an MBA program.
